Where is my Mofflet saved?
Only on your phone. Mofflets never connects to the internet, so nothing is sent to us or to anyone else.
Deleting the app deletes everything, including your Mofflet. There is no cloud backup in version 1.0, so keep the app installed if you want to keep your pet.
My Mofflet feels unwell. How do I help?
When your Mofflet is poorly you’ll see a pill in its thought bubble, and the paw shows a Medicine ring. Tap either one and give it Herbal Tonic or Sparkle Syrup. None at home? The Shop has both.
No medicine handy? One good visit helps too: a meal, some fresh water and a cuddle, or about eight hours of good care. And a Mofflet only gets poorly after a long grubby spell, so regular baths keep it well.
How do I see the tour again?
Open the Pocket (top right), tap Settings, then Show the tour again.
Can my Mofflet send me little notes?
Only if you want it to. Your Mofflet can leave a little note on your phone now and then, like a letter that has arrived or a big day coming up. They are off until you say yes: the game asks once, after your Mofflet’s first meal.
To change your mind, open the Pocket (top right), tap Settings, then Reminders. There you can switch them off, pick which kinds you get, set quiet hours or ask for fewer. You can also turn them off in your iPhone’s Settings → Notifications → Mofflets. The notes are made on your phone and never sent to us.
Do I have to play every day?
No. There are no streaks to keep, and nothing is lost while you’re away. Come back when you like; it will be glad to see you.
Does the game use the microphone?
Only if you want it to. The microphone turns on only when you sing, teach a word or say a command, and only after you’ve said yes. You can always tap instead.
Your voice is listened to live and never recorded or saved. You can turn sound off any time in Settings.
How fast does my Mofflet grow?
Your Mofflet lives on your phone’s clock. It grows a little each day, from baby to child to teen to adult, over about three weeks. It waits for you, too: it doesn’t grow up while it’s visiting Grandma, or after a couple of days without a visit, so you won’t miss a stage.
Does Mofflets cost anything?
Mofflets is free, and there is nothing to buy inside it. Coins and gems are earned by playing.
How do I contact you?
Write to support@mofflets.com. Grown-ups with a privacy question can use the same address, and our privacy policy explains what the game keeps. The short version: everything stays on your phone.
